With a strong background in operations, marketing and revenue cycle management, I thrive on solving complex problems, empowering teams, and delivering results that make a tangible difference for patients and organizations alike.
As Director of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative functions of a busy medical facility, managing a $1.7 million annual budget, and leading a high-performing team, while delivering a world class patient experience.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I spearheaded the opening of nine off-site testing locations, administering over 350,000 tests and generating $30 million in revenue—a project I’m incredibly proud of because it demonstrated my ability to adapt and lead in unprecedented times, and under the most difficult circumstances.
On the marketing side, I’ve developed and executed campaigns that increased patient visits, strengthened referral networks, and added significant revenue streams, such as reintroducing medical aesthetics. I’m adept at direct mail, PPC, email marketing and social media.
I’m also passionate about patient satisfaction and have a proven track record of creating customer-centric cultures. By actively measuring and responding to feedback, I’ve consistently improved processes to enhance the patient experience, achieving Net Promoter Scores above 85%.
My passion for customer service extends to writing and teaching others and I have been a guest speaker at numerous national conferences. I hold a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) credential from the Beryl Institute, the leading patient experience organization.
What drives me most is the opportunity to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and patient-focused. Whether it’s mentoring staff, optimizing operations, or launching innovative initiatives, I’m committed to creating systems that work better for patients, providers and staff.
